Marvel Becoming: Captain Marvel

I joined cosplayers CutiePieSensei and Lauren of PitchFork Cosplay to become Captain Marvel from Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel in this special episode of Marvel Becoming. One of the most challenging and rewarding projects of my career, working alongside my talented colleagues, I spent months creating screen-accurate patterns custom to my body for the suit and armor. I painstakingly sewed the suit and paint detailed the weathered finishes on the armor to match the “battle damaged” effects seen in the screen-used suit.

• Suit: Leather, neoprene, suede, metal studs, EVA foam

• Armor: EVA foam, foam clay, Plasti Dip, spray paint, acrylic paint
